After an extensive house fire, we worked with Mike at Michaelson & Messinger for the restoration of our home. Mike and the team at Michaelson & Messinger were always working behind the scenes to make sure we had the best possible outcome. They handled all of the negotiations with our insurance adjusters and worked with our mortgage company in a way that made us proud to be their customers. They took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. The contractor, Aerk, did an amazing job with all of the restoration work. All of the workers were professional, worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. Every last detail was attended to and our home looks fabulous. We would highly recommend Mike and the team at Michaelson & Messinger.

Stanley was absolutely awesome. We had a fire at our rental property and he helped us throughout the whole process. Always answered the phone when we called and worked with our insurance company to get us the money that we deserved.

Michelson and Messinger did an outstanding job after a car hit my property. They negotiated a settlement with the insurance company then fix everything with no out of pkcket expense. Very pleased with Mike and Dennis.

One week before Thanksgiving 2020 my mother’s house caught fire. Just when you think 2020 couldn’t get worse, we were faced with the mass devastation as a result of the fire. As they were boarding up the house that evening Stan Maka of Michaelson and Messinger introduced himself and gave us some information about the company. The following day we met with Stan to get a better understanding of what his company was all about. We researched Michaelson and Messinger and called three references that Stan provided to me upon my request. After speaking to all three references at length we came to the conclusion that Michaelson and Messinger could be very good solution. Seven months later I am happy to report that Michaelson and Messinger did everything Stan said they would do, and more. They worked directly with the insurance company, contactors, article restoration companies, village permits, etc. You are assigned a Project Manager that oversees the project and keeps you up to date. The Project Manager we had was Michael. He was terrific. Michael worked with my mom on details from lighting fixtures to tile. The Michael and Messenger team of Stan, Michael and Matthew did an OUTSTANDING job putting my mother’s house, and life back together. The workmanship is top notch. I hope we never have to go through a tragedy like this again in our lifetime. However, if we do, we would certainly contact Michaelson and Messinger to help us out.

My house was destroyed by fire in February 2020. I was devastated and did not know where to turn. I was surprised how Michaelson and Messinger stepped in to guide me along this process. More importantly, the project manager Stanley was the greatest. Stanley’s work is award winning, beautiful, and professional. Stanley and his crew are skilled, knowledgeable, patient, detailed oriented, and amazing. He thoroughly explained every detail of his plans and kept in constant communication with me. Stanley and his crew worked hard and diligently to remodel my house and it turned out spectacular! I would not hesitate to recommend M & M for any type of home remodeling.

Can’t say enough about my positive experience, they were timely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Ive had a few other companies come out, but they treated me with a sense of urgency. After only having my home for only 6 months I experienced a small fire that caused a lot of damage. Jarrett & Stan were there from day 1! From temporary housing to picking out tile. Stan was even nice enough to install my new security cameras after every thing was said & done. My whole experience was better than what I would have ever expected under those circumstances. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I had an electrical fire at a rental property and Joe was there to take care of the estimate and help me receive insurance proceeds. It was a very smooth process and I felt it was handled very professionally. I will hopefully not need their services again but would use them if I do.

I recently had a fire and lost everything. I met with several restoration companies but none of them were as helpful and honest as Stan. From the very beginning my insurance company complicated the process which turned into a nightmare. Michaelson & Messinger helped negotiate my structural and contents claim and were able to generate more money to rebuild my home and fix it the right way. Stan handled everything and walked me through each step calmly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond and allowed me to pick everything out from top to bottom. He even shopped with me to assist with the purchases, I did not have to do anything alone. Dealing with a fire is extremely stressful and I would of been lost without this company. Stan kept every promise and did everything he said he would. I cannot recommend Michaelson & Messinger enough! Stan and his team rebuilt my home far beyond what I expected. You will not find a better company to work with. I recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with a severe fire.

An electrical fire in our attic occurred on 3/11/2020, 2 days before the pandemic lock down. Stan showed up while the fire departments were here and once he knew that everyone in the house was OK even though we were in shock he talked to us about what his company could do for us to get our house repaired and back to normal there was no pressure-he explained everything briefly to us left us a folder and we signed with Stan & his team were a blessing! It took 7 months from start to finish to get us back into our home. The quality of work but these people did is exceptional! Stan and his entire team took care of us the way they did it really was a blessing! Matthew the on site construction manager was top notch! There were a few delays but those were unavoidable due to the pandemic and that’s just how the universe was operating but I would totally recommend this business to anyone who has fire or water damage because they controlled each and every contact to get things done so my husband and I did not have to find our own contractors and deal with all of that. Stan is the man!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. First of all, they are prompt. If they say they’ll be there at 7am, they are there at 6:45am….every time.

I had a fire and they did a new full kitchen, deck, and more. The kitchen was done in 4 weeks. Great communication! Skilled, trustworthy workers. I was living in a hotel and they had access to my home. Never a problem. They were here when my field adjuster from the insurance company came. I believe that helped get me a considerable amount of money more granted for work to be done.

Not only that…the workers were very knowledgeable, skilled, and clean! They did such an impressive job about cleaning up after each project. I had an electrician, plumber, dry wall hangers, painter, and carpenter. They were all different people. Not just one handyman. They had specialists come and do each project.

All I had to do is sit back while they organized all these projects and had specialists come. They walked me through everything. My job was to shop and take a picture of the SKU and text it to the project manager.

Then to come home to a beautiful new home! I am so proud of my house now.

I strongly recommend M&M. It’s a stressful time when you have a fire and are living in a hotel, but they did an amazing job of keeping me calm, walking me through the process, GREAT communication, and skilled/timely work. You can’t ask for anything more. I did recommend this place to another woman who was at my hotel in the same situation (she had a flood) and her and I speak often and she is very happy with her outcome.

I say do your research, then select M&M for a stress-free experience. I would be happy to speak to anyone that wants further information. I wish I could show before/after pictures here. Truly a jaw dropper!!

I had a fire 5 months ago and last week I moved into my beautiful new looking home. I am so glad I hired Terry and his company M&M to get me threw these tough times if anybody is looking for a fire restoration company you need to look no further M&M is the best.
