Emergency and Stabilization

We manage permits and inspections with the City of Chicago Department of Buildings and suburban building departments, and we handle the demolition court and proceeds release process that follows many Chicago commercial fires.

Often. We phase work, protect finished areas, and schedule loud or dusty work off hours so tenants and customers are disrupted as little as possible.
Do you coordinate with my landlord and tenants?
Yes. Multi tenant buildings involve several policies and several parties. Our project manager and adjusting team keep everyone informed and keep each claim separate.
Do you handle restaurant fires?
Yes, including hood and suppression systems, kitchen equipment, dining room rebuild, and the health department reopening inspection.
Can you rebuild fire alarm and sprinkler systems?
Yes. Fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are all handled under our contract with licensed trades and inspected by the municipality.
Do you carry the insurance my landlord requires?
Yes. General liability and workers compensation, with certificates provided on request.
How do you handle Chicago commercial permits?
We prepare stamped drawings where required, file with the Department of Buildings, use an expediter when it speeds the review, and manage inspections through to occupancy.
